The ancient Bridge Keep once stood at the entrance of a vast Chasm kingdom. Now run down, and falling apart, it hosts at least one noclip point. Entities and doleful creatures roam the keep's halls and passage ways.

Backrooms Lore: Entity Encroachment

The dangerous entities of the Backrooms did not always exist. Many thousands of years ago, the Backrooms existed only for the preservation of humans. Then the entities came, and started tormenting and driving humans from their native lands.

Backrooms NPC: The Howling Knight

The Howling Knight's homeland was lost centuries ago to entity encroachment. Rumors and legends tell of the Howling Knight's homeland clinging to the cliffs beyond Bridge Keep. Now abandoned to all except the brave and foolish, all the ancient kingdom had fallen into decay or the chasm.

Level 33: Biomes and cultures of the Backrooms Chasm

Backrooms Level 33 is a bottomless and topless chasm. 

The chasm extends farther than humans can explore in a lifetime. In some areas, it might remind you of the infinite stairways of Escher. In other areas, the local civilization might take on a style similar to the cliff dwellers of Arizona's past. In still other regions, it invokes the mythical stone cities hanging impossibly from the undersides of massive overhangs. In still other areas, you feel as if the builders of Petra made a fantastic second go at it here.

Level 33: Flash Floods in the Backrooms Chasm

Backrooms Level 33 is a bottomless and topless chasm. The walls are sometimes narrowly spaced, and sometimes separated by miles. No one has ever seen the top or the bottom of the chasm.
